Clinical Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager - RN – Cardio Thoracic Surgical ICU Unit- Full Time Nights

Collaborate with two transformational Patient Care Directors to establish short- and long-term goals for their units. Help mentor new staff. Communicate with all levels of leadership. And facilitate efficient, cost-effective unit operations.

This is a full time, 4-day/wk position, working from 2:00PM - 12:00AM, (10 Hour shift). Some weekend requirement.
Preferred Criteria
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
Cardiac Transplant experience
Required Criteria
- At least two years of acute care RN experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license
- BCLS certification ACLS certification thru AHA

Salary Range: $130,000-$155,000/Annual
