NEW LPN WAGE SCALE NEW $7,500 SIGN ON BONUS Now offering Daily Pay LPNs can make $25-$28 PLUS: $2/hr shift diffs, and $15/hr pick up bonuses! 12 hour shifts- 7a-7p or 7p-7a Eastland Rehab and Nursing is located at 2425 Kimberly Pkwy E, Columbus, OH 43232, USA. Our facility is 93 beds, with a memory care unit. We work closely with families and provide proper training for our staff members. Our LPN and RN shifts are 12 hours, with flexibility on schedules and shifts. We also ensure safe patient-to-staff ratios.

As an Eastland Care Center employee, you will receive medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as PTO. Must hold a current and active LPN license in the state of Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Must pass medications timely to residents
- Must comply with state and federal rules when performing care to residents
- Must follow all other tasks as stated by DON
