Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake sessions with clients to assess and diagnose their mental health needs
- Deliver customized mental health services to individuals of different age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing evidence-based practices
- Adhere to regulations and policies by accurately documenting client information
- Attend monthly staff meetings and engage in case consultations to ensure effective collaboration and support
- Maintain a caseload of at least 25 sessions per week, offering flexibility in work hours for individuals who prefer working later in the day
- Collaborate with practice staff and external professionals to enhance client care and outcomes
- Foster clear and effective communication with both clients and colleagues
- Ensure timely submission of required paperwork
Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving skills are required for this position
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- A master's degree in the mental health field is a must-have qualification
- Previous experience in outpatient therapy is preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices is necessary
- Flexibility to work nights or weekends is required
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team is important
- Must possess the capability to learn and understand technology with moderate ease
Compensation: $70,000 at plan based on licensure
