Is it time to advance your career? Do you have a passion for mentoring? Our Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center (WVRC) - Kenosha would like to add an experienced Emergency Veterinarian with a strong interest in supporting and leading our internal and external medical educational opportunities.
Core Duties:
- Leads our on-site ER Immerse Training Program.
- Functions as a primary mentor.
- Provides clinical leadership by example, ensuring high-quality medicine.
- Ensures a team-oriented approach to patient care.
- Assists in the recruitment of high-quality Veterinarians.
- Fosters positive relationships with referring Veterinarians.
- Provides medical input into hospital development, marketing, and equipment selection.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.
- DVM or equivalent degree.
- Licensed to practice in Wisconsin.
- Experience mentoring and teaching junior Veterinarians.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary based on experience.
- (Base +) 25% Production.
- Annual $30,000.00 Senior stipend.
- $25,000.00 signing bonus.
