Summary:
The Service Coordinator will handle all administrative aspects of the employee interaction by providing exemplary customer service while assisting employees during their visit at the Employee & Occupational Health clinic. The Service Coordinator is responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate information on each employee to facilitate the encounter. Provides administrative/secretarial support, manages day to day activities, and offers friendly courteous assistance to every employee to ensure that the employees have a positive professional experience while at Johns Hopkins.
Education/ Work Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Requires a minimum of three plus years of work experience in a similar fast-paced service-oriented industry.
Salary Range: Minimum 18.31 per visit - Maximum 30.24 per visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
