We are interviewing for a Registered Professional Land Surveyor. The RPLS is responsible for managing field and office technicians, preparing scopes of work and pricing competitive proposals, quality assurance and quality control.
Essential Functions
Must be able to bid and price projects
Able to adhere to the principles and practices of the Professional Land Surveying Practices Act
Experienced with the operation of Trimble robotics and GPS equipment
Capable of correctly completing projects on time and within budget
Work efficiently with minimal supervision
Effective in leading and training others in the workplace and in communicating with clients
Manage multiple projects and tasks
Required Education and Experience
Must possess a current Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor license
Well versed in the concepts, principles, theories, and methods used in professional land surveying
Must have a minimum of 5 years project and people management experience
Well versed in the preparation of ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, commercial construction development, and civil design surveys
Proficient in the operation of or ability to learn Civil 3D, and Trimble Business Center
