- Annual Salary Range: $110,052 - 145,113 per annum
- Sign On Bonus: $10,000
Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care and collaborates with patients, family/significant others, peers, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team. The Registered Nurse assesses patient needs, plans care, implements, and evaluates medical and nursing regimens in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, and standards. He or she demonstrates leadership skills and commitment to professional accountability and growth.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current New York registration.
- Knowledge of current nursing, medical, and health trends and practices in patient care.
- One year of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Two years of experience as an Operating Room RN.
- BLS certification (through American Heart Association) is required.
- PALS certification preferred.
