Position & Compensation Details
Position: Telemetry RN - Full Time
Start Date: ASAP (Flexible with start dates)
Hours: 36/wk (3x12)
Shift: 7a-7p
Salary: $32-$53/hr depending on experience ($60k/yr - $99k/yr)
Sign on Bonus: Varies depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Quickly and accurately assessing patient care needs
- Diagnosing and developing treatment plans collaboratively with doctors and staff
- Completing paperwork and patient charting
- Managing multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing needs continually
- Using strategies and available resources for problem-solving for patients, family, and staff
- Delegating tasks and care to appropriate staff and ensuring timely follow-up
- Facilitating learning for patients and families, nursing staff, other members of the health care team, and community; integrating appropriate education throughout the continuum of care
- Preserving and protecting the confidentiality, autonomy, dignity, and rights of patients and family, and representing their concerns
- Participating in quality/performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Education Required:
- 1+ year(s) of Telemetry RN experience required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
- Unencumbered Texas or Compact RN license required
- Nicotine Free
- BLS required
