MLee Healthcare is assisting a premier 5-Star Physical Therapy center in their search for an enthusiastic and committed Physical Therapist to become a valued member of their team.
Responsibilities of a Physical Therapist:
- Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and devise individualized treatment strategies.
- Offer educational support to patients and their families regarding injury prevention, rehabilitation methodologies, and tailored home exercise regimens.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, adhering to regulatory standards.
Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications of a Physical Therapist:
- Possession of a valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey or eligibility for licensure.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Completion of accredited Physical Therapy program, holding a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in the field.
- Proficiency in Epic software preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in OASIS documentation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
