We are looking to hire AWESOME Mental Health Therapists for our Ellie Mental Health Clinic in NORWALK, CT! What your role entails:
- Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans.
- Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.
- A minimum of 25 client sessions per week to a diverse population of clients.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care.
- Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
- Community involvement and engagement.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Candidates should have clinical licensure in the state of Connecticut (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) in good standing.
- Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Ability to pass a background check.
