Role Overview
This cosmetic injector role will be to deliver a comprehensive experience for the client, anticipating every aspect of the needs of the client from the moment they bring the client into the treatment room. The role of our injectors will be to follow the brand-driven customer service training and injector training to provide a truly unique experience to each and every client. The end goals of amazing outcomes, consistency, and an elevated level of service will be achieved utilizing the process of assessment using the Canfield Vectra software, diagnosis, collaboration with the client on treatment goals, the treatment itself, post-treatment monitoring and evaluation under the supervision of the Medical Director.
Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director.
- Conduct client consults and treatment plans.
- Leverage resources and tools provided by Alchemy 43 to enhance adoption of the Alchemy 43 branded experience.
- Educate clients on all offerings of Alchemy 43 via the client engagement script.
- Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result.
- Synergistically work with Alchemy 43 management, ownership, injectors, and support team.
- Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies.
- Effectively utilize all IT systems including but not limited to Canfield Imaging Software, Patient EMR, client engagement software, and all other equipment.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of active relevant aesthetic injectable experience (e.g., Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, & Restylane products) that is unsupervised, in a clinical and/or med-spa setting.
- Proficient in FDA approved cosmetic neurotoxins and all FDA approved Allergan dermal fillers.
- Must have a local aesthetic client following and a social media presence.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
- Up-to-date TX PA license.
- Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel, and other software skills.
- Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients and staff members.
- Open to learning new techniques and procedures and brand language.
- Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent customer service and consultative skills.
- Proven selling skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong conflict and problem resolution skills.
- Experience discussing pricing programs with clients.
- Understanding of social media.
Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year including an uncapped bonus potential.
