Framingham Union Hospital is seeking a full-time inpatient acute-care physical therapist to join our expanding Physical Therapy team.

Summary:
Reporting to the Rehab Manager, the physical therapist is responsible for the evaluation of patients’ clinical status, assessment of their rehabilitation potential according to age-appropriate guidelines, and the design and implementation of age-appropriate treatment programs to maximize patients’ level of function. The therapist participates as an integral part of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support timely care and planning needs for safe discharge planning. The position also involves participation in hospital performance improvement teams targeting early mobilization, fall prevention, early ICU intervention, Stroke certification, and other programs focused on quality improvement.

Requirements:
- BS/MS/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. New graduates welcome.
- Valid Massachusetts PT license and AHA CPR certification.
