An outstanding acute care hospital is searching for an experienced and motivated Oncology Nurse Manager to join their team. The Oncology Nurse Manager will join a 350+ bed, Level 1 Trauma center near Palm Springs, CA.

The Oncology Nurse Manager will help ensure that the day-to-day operations of the Oncology unit run smoothly and efficiently. The Nurse Manager will promote performance improvement and assist in monitoring quality and compliance. They will ensure that their staff provides high quality and cost-effective care while developing and maintaining clinical standards of care. The Nurse Manager will assist with staff training and new hire screening. The Oncology Nurse Manager will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and utilize excellent organizational skills. They will play a vital role in ensuring patient safety and effectively educating on Chemotherapy administration. The Oncology Nurse Manager will be responsible for organizing complex care and providing high quality, efficient care in a fast-paced environment. The Oncology Nurse will act as an advocate for their patients and go above and beyond to help accurately assess their individual needs.
