- Days (Rotating Weekends): 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical team. In this role, you will provide care and treatment to adults within a patient-centered model. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, managing care plans, and collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze patient health data to inform care decisions.
- Advocate for patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
- Ensure patient safety and effective use of resources.
- Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and medications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience.
- Active RN license in the State of Florida (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Current BLS certification (ACLS required within 6 months of hire).
- BSN preferred.

Pay: $27.72 - $39.60 per hour
