Certifications: BLS (AHA)
Must-Have:
- Comfortable with Floating
- Willingness to work every other weekend
- A skills checklist for RN specialties completed within one year of application
Job Description:
- Establish therapeutic relationships and create detailed plans of care with the patient and family, determining the most important aspects of care.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of plans and interventions to achieve established goals effectively.
- Initiate and maintain open communication with other team members to ensure the patient and family receive comprehensive, coordinated, and integrated care.
- Communicate with patients, families, and peers to ensure plans and interventions are understood, operationalized, and revised as appropriate.
- Provide comprehensive interdisciplinary expertise and services in a coordinated approach.
- Ensure all required licenses and certifications are up-to-date and in compliance with state regulations.
