Mount Sinai is continuing to grow! This multi-specialty practice is currently being built and will be located in Carle Place, a diverse community with great restaurants and easy access to Manhattan.
The chosen candidate will become part of a newly established multi-specialty team. While working in conjunction with PCPs and specialists, as well as administrative staff members, the ideal candidates will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. In addition, we would like our talented physician candidates to have a passion for outpatient medicine and be fully committed to the mission of Mount Sinai Health System.
Position Description:
- Work with a large primary care referral base and almost every specialty
- Serve a diverse population and live in a culturally diverse neighborhood
- Support Staff: Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, PA’s, full service on site imaging center
- EMR system: Epic
- Competitive salary and benefits offered including productivity bonuses, generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage
Position Qualifications:
- Medical Degree from an Accredited University
- New York Medical License/Active NYS DEA
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
- Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
- A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment
- Respectfully collaborate and build relationships with a diverse set of teammates
- Thrive in a constantly evolving environment, challenging the status quo and striving to innovate and improve care delivery
Compensation range from 450K to 600K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
