- Unit: Emergency Department
- Specialty: ER

- Shift: Days, 0700-1900
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 (4x12) only
REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensure: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS from AHA only; TNCC
- Experience: 1 year Emergency Department in a Level 1 or 2 years in a Level 2 Trauma facility only; this must be indicated on the resume
- Must be willing to float when needed
MUST BE FULLY COVID AND FLU VACCINATED TO BE SUBMITTED - NO EXCEPTIONS
GENERAL COMMENTS:
- Patient Ratios: 4:1 routinely, surge and other circumstances will alter. We do not guarantee ratios
- Type of Patients on Unit: We are a level one trauma, Stroke, STEMI center and regional burn center
- EMR: EPIC
- Preferred Skills/Experience: trauma/peds, 200+ patients/day, high acuity experience preferred
- Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups to include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort
- Demonstrated skill in human relations and communications is required. Must have demonstrated clinical expertise in their area of responsibility.
