We are looking to fill the Project Lead position for a product migration assignment. This position will be remote and require no travel. The Project Lead will act as a primary contact to external customers (Physicians and Hospitals) while working closely with cross-functional teams to manage product migration tasks. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing Revenue Cycle solutions product migration activities. Primary responsibilities of a Project Lead include:
- Manage the product implementation of existing clients adding new business or modifying current business.
- Responsible for client outreach to “kick off” the product implementation/migration process.
- Present project plan to client on product modules to be implemented per signed contract.
- Set client expectations and define the scope of product migration activities.
- Responsible to educate the client on best practices and guide them through the product migration phase.
- Manage all communication with the client including conducting meetings and conference calls.
- Coordinate, communicate, and accurately report all migration-related activities under the supervision of the Program Manager.
- Facilitate training needs, schedule client training, and report on training completed.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with aggressive timeframes.
- Complete projects within set timelines while mitigating risks that could cause delays.
- Manage detailed work plans, schedules, and client status reports.
- Track and manage client product migration deliverables.
- Gather client requirements and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues related to the client product migration.
- Ensure successful hand-off to the client services group for ongoing support post-product migration.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client questions and issues during product migration.
- Keep the project on track and in scope, anticipating and assessing project issues.
- Develop resolutions working with the team and management to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.

The potential compensation for this role is based on labor costs in local markets, as well as the job-related skills, knowledge, and experience of the candidate. Expected base pay for this role ranges from [$80,000 to $158,000 for Austin, TX and $80,000 to $173,800 for Sunnyvale, CA]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits and additional compensation offerings, including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options as well as potential incentive or variable compensation.
