Terrace Lodge is a 100-bed long-term care home in the Township of Malahide. Our home is situated in beautiful Elgin County and features private and semi-private accommodation with 24-hour nursing care. Outdoor areas to relax with family, as well as living and dining areas, are available for resident enjoyment. A host of entertainment and recreational programs, animal-assisted therapy, spiritual care, and exercise programming are available.

Description: In support of the vision, mission and values of the County of Elgin Homes and Seniors Services, the Manager of Resident Care directs, coordinates and is accountable for all aspects of a County of Elgin Long Term Care Home nursing department. As a member of the Homes management team, the Manager of Resident Care is responsible for the planning, direction, coordination and evaluation of the activities related to the delivery of quality resident care and services through an interdisciplinary approach.

Salary: $110,753.24 to $129,564.39 annually

Terms of Employment: Full-time
