One of our Customers is seeking a new technician to support their R&D efforts in their industrial coatings laboratory. This fast paced and growing company is in an innovation mode to develop epoxy and polyurethane coatings for varying end applications. If you are looking for a role to learn formulation techniques, improve existing products, support production and sales, and enjoy a variety of work then please apply.
- Formulation of existing and new projects for various business lines.
- Test and evaluate products.
- Update and improve existing products, materials and test methods.
- Provide technical assistance and support to Production, Sales, and Marketing in support of product scale-up, quality control, application testing, and other cross-functional activities.
- Digitally maintain detailed technical records of lab work.
- Assists the Quality department with the investigation of customer complaints and the subsequent generation of corrective actions.

Job Requirements
- BS in Chemistry or Related Field
- 1-3years of supporting coatings formulations from bench through scale up and commercialization
SPECIALTIES: All Industrial Research & Development Laboratory related positions including: Formulation Chemist; Synthetic Chemist; R & D Leadership; Analytical Chemistry; Technical Service; Regulatory; Project Mangers; Process Chemistry; Environmental and Health; Quality Positions; Material Scientist.
