The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Rowan University invites applications for one or more open rank tenure track/tenured faculty positions in all areas of biochemistry. We are particularly interested in candidates with a research focus on the biochemical and molecular foundations of diseases, with an emphasis on targeting proteins that could serve as therapeutic targets.
Qualifications:
- A Ph.D. in biochemistry, chemistry or related area is required.
- Post-doctoral and/or related academic experience strongly preferred commensurate with rank.
- A record of scholarly activity, including peer-reviewed publications and research funding commensurate with rank.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of multidisciplinary faculty.
Starting Date: September 1, 2025
