Full Time Associate position for small animal practice.

Balance life and work while living on beautiful and historic Lookout Mountain. Dekalb Animal Hospital is looking to add a third full-time doctor. Our goals are quality medicine while providing quality experiences for the patients, doctors, and employees. We utilize digital radiography, ultrasound, laser, and in-house lab facilities.

Dekalb Animal Hospital is located in Fort Payne, Alabama, a small town with a great school system and many opportunities for children to play sports in a small-town atmosphere. Experience the beauty of all four seasons while enjoying hiking, canoeing, kayaking, and horseback riding in the mountains of Northern Alabama. Appreciate the quiet of the mountains while being a short drive to the culture and excitement of larger cities such as Chattanooga (45 minutes), Huntsville (1 hour), Nashville, Atlanta, and Birmingham (2 hours).

Package:

4-day work week, CE Compensation, Health and PLIT insurance, vacation, phone, and license
Production bonus, signing/moving bonus
On-call every other week and weekend with generous compensation (estimated: $8000 to $10,000 per year)
Full package: $130,000 plus quarterly production bonus
