- Monitor and assess the health conditions of critically ill children.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
- Utilize advanced nursing skills and critical thinking to respond to emergencies.
- Educate and support families of pediatric patients during their hospital stay.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in pediatric critical care nursing.
- Adhere strictly to all protocols, guidelines, and regulatory standards.
