Registered Nurse
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting wellness at our assisted living community. This position offers variety in overseeing dedicated care teams at two locations, one in Fort Madison and one in Ottumwa. Duties:
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive patient care in accordance with established protocols.
- Conduct assessments and create person-centered care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
- Utilize coding knowledge for accurate documentation.
- Provide skills and medication competencies to other team members.
Requirements:
- Valid RN license and BLS certification.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in assisted living, primary care, or nursing home settings is a plus.
