Key Responsibilities:
- Assisted in user provisioning and de-provisioning: Supported the onboarding and offboarding processes by managing user accounts and access rights across various systems.
- Conducted access reviews: Participated in periodic access audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborated on IAM projects: Worked with the IAM team to implement and enhance identity management solutions, contributing to project documentation and process improvements.
- Monitored access logs: Analyzed user activity logs to identify potential security incidents and ensure adherence to access control policies.
- Supported IAM tool administration: Helped maintain and troubleshoot IAM tools and software, ensuring smooth functionality and user support.
- Educated users on IAM best practices: Assisted in developing training materials and conducting workshops to raise awareness about secure access management.
- Participated in security incident response: Contributed to investigations of security incidents involving unauthorized access or data breaches.
- Learned about regulatory compliance: Gained knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and others related to identity management.
- Developed documentation: Created and updated IAM procedures and guidelines to support operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
