My Choice Therapy is a growing Home Health Therapy company providing quality services to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are looking for COMPASSIONATE Field Physical Therapists to join our team serving Riverside and/or San Bernardino county cities!

This is a 1099 Contractor Position (Must have Business License or Sole Proprietorship) AND it is a Per Diem position (Rates Per Visit).

Flexible Schedule: As an independent contractor, you can choose your patient volume and schedule patients on days and times that work with your schedule.

Must be able to cover Lake Elsinore, Temecula, and Murrieta areas.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

A valid practicing license from the State of California
Must have a business license
Professional liability insurance
CPR Certification
Driver’s license
Auto insurance
Physical Exam (within 6 months)
TB Clearance (within 6 months)

Job Types: Contract, Per diem

Pay: $85.00 - $120.00 per hour
