Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Manager (12 bed unit) coordinates and supervises the delivery of patient care on the unit to ensure that high-quality patient care is delivered in an efficient and effective manner, in accordance with standards developed by the State Nurse Practice Act, Code of Ethics for Nurses, ANA Standards of Care, and policies and procedures of Rome Health. The Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Manager has 24-hour responsibility and accountability for all patient care activities, day-to-day unit operations, and staff functions. The Nurse Manager also collaboratively assists with establishing goals and direction for the unit(s) and ensures that goals and direction compliment the hospital's mission and strategic plan.
Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN/MSN preferred. BLS/ACLS is required.
A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive hospital nursing experience in acute care with experience in leadership preferred.
