- Skills/experience REQUIRED: Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias; Multi-system Organ Failure; Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR); IV insulin protocols; GI surgery; Chronic/Acute Renal failure; Accessing Ports; Arterial line management; Blood Product Administration; Central line care/management; PICC line management; Starting IVs; Continuous IV sedation; Procedural Sedation Administration; Titrate Cardiac drips; Titrate Vasoactive drips; CVA/Acute Stroke management; External ventricular drains (EVD); Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun; ICP monitoring; Post Neurosurgery management; Traumatic Brain injury; Assist with management of BiPAP; Assist with management of CPAP; Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal; Care of Ventilated Patient; High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC); Interpretation of ABGs; Suctioning (ETT, NT); Ventilator Management; infection Prevention; Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE; Phlebotomy; Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac

Provider support includes: interpretation services, lift teams, pharmacy, phlebotomy, physical therapy, radiology, rapid response teams, respiratory services, social services, transportation, and unit secretary.
2 years experience required. On call, weekends, float required. Meditech documentation. SBAR communication. Dress code is blue scrubs (not provided, must be plain/no logos).
Certifications REQUIRED: ACLS, BLS (AHA only), NIH
