Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional pediatric dental care to children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents.
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning for pediatric patients.
- Administer preventive dental care such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
- Perform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, and extractions as necessary.
- Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care techniques.
- Monitor and manage the dental development of pediatric patients, including orthodontic assessment and referrals when necessary.
- Collaborate with other dental specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for pediatric patients with complex dental needs.
- Actively participate in community outreach programs and volunteer initiatives aimed at improving oral health education and awareness among children.
- Uphold and promote the positive public image of Cute Smile 4 Kids & Orthodontics through professional demeanor and excellent patient care.
- Respond promptly and effectively to patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency program.
- Board certification or eligibility in pediatric dentistry.
- Current and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Arizona.
- Proficiency in pediatric dental procedures and techniques, including behavior management strategies for children.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with pediatric patients, parents, and team members.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care to children of all ages.
