CT / X-Ray Technologist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT / X-ray Technologist to join our client's dynamic healthcare team. As a CT / X-ray Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the diagnostic imaging process, utilizing your expertise to produce high-quality images for accurate medical assessments.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in radiologic technology from an accredited/approved school
- Current FL Radiologic Technology license
- ARRT Certification
- Current BLS certification
- Knowledge of x-ray equipment and related technology
Responsibilities:
- Conduct CT scans and X-ray examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Ensure the comfort and well-being of patients during imaging procedures by providing clear instructions, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Operate and maintain CT and X-ray equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
- Perform routine quality control checks to guarantee the accuracy of imaging results.
- Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to review images, discuss findings, and contribute to the overall patient care plan.
