What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans for patients
- Conduct assessments to identify patients' skill deficits and strengths
- Oversee the implementation of treatment protocols and ensure treatment integrity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative attitude
