Pelican Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a compassionate Pediatric or General Dentist to join our expanding team! We are dedicated to providing top-tier care and education for our young patients and their families. If you have a strong foundation in general dentistry, experience in pediatrics, and a commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality dental care to 40-50 pediatric patients daily
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each patient
Communicate effectively with parents, focusing on education and patient care
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
Stay committed to continuing education and staying up-to-date with the latest industry advancements

Pay: $300,000 - $400,000 per year, daily per diem guarantee

Qualifications:

DDS/DMD from an accredited university
Active Dental Board License
Proven experience in general and/or pediatric dentistry
Strong behavior management skills and ability to foster a positive rapport with children

Familiarity with dental clinic operations and collaboration with dental assistants
