Founded in 1964, West Anaheim Medical Center is a 219-bed acute-care hospital dedicated to providing the community with high-quality, compassionate healthcare. Key services include general medical and surgical inpatient care and treatment, emergency services, surgical services, behavioral health, comprehensive heart center, and diagnostic imaging.
Responsibilities:
Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/QC activities. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Must have Current CRT issued by CDPH
- Must obtain fluoroscopy permit by CDPH within 6 months of hire
- Must obtain venipuncture certificate within 3 months of hire
- ARRT-R is required
- Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations
- Current BCLS certificate required upon hire and maintain current
- At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred
- Proficient computer skills
West Anaheim Medical Center offers competitive compensation, and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $33.40. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
