Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them improve their mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability. You will create personalized treatment plans, utilize a variety of techniques, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patients' conditions to determine the best course of treatment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Use hands-on techniques, exercises, and equipment to help patients improve movement and manage pain
- Educate patients and their families about proper exercises and techniques for home care
- Document and track patients' progress throughout their treatment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide holistic care
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and advancements in physical therapy
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of patients
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform hands-on treatments and exercises
