This not-for-profit community-based medical center has been serving patients for over 100 years. Their campus includes an acute care hospital, clinic area, retail pharmacy, and an extended care facility.
The Long-Term Care RN will provide direct patient care while working as a team with fellow department RNs, CNAs, and Techs. The Long-Term Acute Care Nurse will assess patients, plan care, and implement and evaluate the care plan following hospital nursing protocols and standards of care.
