As an OR Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services, providing high-quality patient care in the intraoperative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing the operating room for surgeries, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and ready.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective patient care.
- Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infections and complications.
- Perform both the scrub and circulating role.
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in New Jersey.
- BSN.
- BLS required, ACLS preferred.
- At least one year current OR experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Schedule:
2 shifts per 4 week schedule.
