We're on the lookout for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient facility. If you're dedicated to delivering top-notch patient care and enjoy being a valuable resource in a collaborative therapy department, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions, formulating personalized treatment plans.
- Implement and adjust treatment plans using a variety of physical therapy techniques to address patients' needs.
- Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Current state Physical Therapy license and CPR certification, or compact license.
- Preferably, one year of experience in a healthcare setting as a Physical Therapist.
