Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – CVICU 48’s
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- ME license
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- More than 1 year recent CVICU experience
- Skills: Care of Ventilated Patient, Procedural Sedation Administration, Continuous IV sedation, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Management of dysrhythmias, Interpretation of dysrhythmias
- BLS
- ACLS
- CCRN preferred
Other Details:
- Must be flexible to float where needed, could include ICU, MS, Tele & ER
- PATIENT DIAGNOSES: 8 beds are CICU & 12 beds are Step-Down; CICU: Post-op CABG, post-op AVR, MVR, post-op vascular and endovascular surgery, post cardiac interventional service including ECMO, heart failure requiring Impella device support, angioplasty and stent placement.
- PCU: Includes the above diagnoses plus sepsis, respiratory and multi-system failure, diabetic ketoacidosis, encephalopathy & post-op general surgical patients requiring a higher level of care.
- SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Unit Based Educator available M-F and PRN
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – No Exemptions
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Unknown
- Does not accept candidates within 50 miles of facility

Shift: 48hr Nights 18:45-07:15
Call Requirement: None
Float Requirement: must be flexible to float where needed, could include ICU, MS, Tele & ER
