Provide high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients in an intensive care unit.
Monitor and assess the health conditions of critically ill children.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
Utilize advanced nursing skills and critical thinking to respond to emergencies.
Educate and support families of pediatric patients during their hospital stay.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in pediatric critical care nursing.
Adhere strictly to all protocols, guidelines, and regulatory standards.
