Associate Veterinarian - Las Vegas, NV
Our client is an advanced veterinary hospital that handles most internal medicine cases in-house. Advanced diagnostic and treatment skills, or at least a desire to obtain them, are preferred. The veterinarian will be responsible for managing rooms, surgeries, and organizing staff to care for patients. Good time management skills, excellent client communication skills, a commitment to high-quality medical care, and positive interaction with staff are essential. Appointments are booked for 30-minute sick or new visits and 20-minute well/vaccine checks. Most days the schedule is full, and sick emergencies do arise. The doctor is expected to assist with emergencies as needed, maintaining a positive attitude. The practice does see exotics, but not all doctors are required to treat them; an interest in exotics is helpful.
The practice values teamwork with an emphasis on client service and patient care. Respect for all team members and clients, along with a positive attitude, is crucial to the hospital’s culture. This is a top-notch veterinary medical facility with a fun work environment and support for all employees.
