You will make an impact by:
- Provide simulation assistance, interfacing with THV Field and HCPs as necessary for simulation trainings (ex. monthly new hire trainings)
- Provide cardiovascular imaging expertise, both echocardiography and computerized tomographic scanning, to direct review assignments to physician experts to assist in pre-case planning and suitability for THV implantation
- Supports program for clinical patient screening and imaging review of complex cases ensuring quality patient outcomes and overall internal and external customer satisfaction across multiple teams (i.e., sales, physicians, clinical imaging, FCS, Clinical Affairs, Safety)
- Support the overall continuous improvement of clinical case reviews for structural heart procedures, including aortic, mitral, and pulmonic
- Support and seek opportunities to optimize multiple overly complex business processes (current state workflows), ensuring seamless and efficient processes
What you will need (Required):
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience related experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience clinical THV/TAVR experience/knowledge
- Experience utilizing image viewing and processing software (e.g. 3Mensio, OsiriX, Vitrea, Circle, etc.) for CT and/or Echo Analysis
- Ability to travel up to 35% domestically
What else we look for (Preferred):
- Master's Degree
- A minimum of 6years’ experience with at least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Formal education and clinical experience in one or more the following specialties/areas: Interventional Cardiology/Cardiac Cath Lab, CT Surgery, Structural Heart Nursing (RN/BSN/MSN), Physician Assistant (PA-C), RCIS/CVT/RTR
- Thorough understanding of cardiac & vascular anatomy and THV/TAVR procedure access options
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Proven successful project management skills; experience with Monday.com or other project management tools
- Knowledge of regulatory and AdvaMed requirements

For California, the base pay range for this position is $150,000 to $213,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
