Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations of patients in order to provide tailored treatment regimens.
- Create and administer evidence-based physical therapy programs to improve mobility, pain management, and general functional capacities.
- Monitor patient progress, alter treatment approaches as needed, and correctly document outcomes.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and overall patient well-being.
- Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, exercises, and injury prevention measures.
- Keep up with advances in physical therapy procedures and submit creative ideas to improve patient treatment.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state.
- Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic approaches.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage on a personal level with patients.
- Empathetic, patient-centered care with a goal of achieving favorable patient outcomes.
