Practice Overview
Our client is a privately-owned emergency veterinary practice that has been proudly offering emergency and urgent care services
to the Amarillo community since 2000. We provide exceptional care in a positive work culture. We are fully equipped with up-to-date technology
such as ultrasound, digital x-ray, laser therapy, acupuncture, and comprehensive anesthesia monitoring. Our team of amazing technicians
adequately supports our doctors, ensuring that every pet receives the highest standard of care.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Help our clients solve their unique pet problems
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of emergency cases
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Educate clients and staff on treatment options and recommendations
- Maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program required
- Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Texas
- A minimum of 2 years of ER experience is required
- Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and grow
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
