We are currently looking to fill a Medical Rep opportunity focused on pharmaceutical brand awareness, business development, and sales. The position requires someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills who enjoys working with clients.
This role helps with lead generation and client acquisition to acquire lifelong customers. This position is a full-time opportunity with advancement opportunities for the right person to help manage the campaign itself and client expectations, as well as be involved with training employees and overseeing staff members.
You will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients, assisting them with their healthcare contracts and any other practice management needs. You will be provided with help to further your career, and you will have an opportunity for bonuses. Please also know how to use tablets, computers, Microsoft & Apple products.
Responsibilities:
- Finding and engaging new clients and subsequently retaining them for the long-term.
- Becoming a medical and pharmaceutical expert for your client base.
- Working with clients and helping them make the right decisions regarding their medical agreements and healthcare cost management needs.
- Developing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Managing your time effectively in order to excel in a multi-faceted role.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum one year working in sales or customer service.
- Proven record of meeting sales or customer satisfaction goals.
- Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $68,750.00 - $92,500.00 per year
Additional Commissions / Bonuses: Range from another $28,000.00 to $235,000.00 (*Top reps should make over $250k)
