El Concilio California is in search of a passionate Case Manager to become part of our AB-109 Re-Entry Program. This position is responsible for building positive and professional rapport with clients to provide case management services and ensure client success. Some responsibilities involve outreaching and networking to refer clients to other agencies for additional assistance. Applicants must have knowledge of implementing client assessments, as well as be familiar with the legal justice system. This position includes traveling to courts and other government offices to provide advocacy for clients. This position will conduct reports as needed based on grants, contracts, and County deadlines.

Qualifications: B.A in Criminal Justice or related field with 1-3 years of Case Management experience is highly preferred. An A.A with 2-5 years of experience working with at-risk populations or in a criminal justice field is highly preferred; 3-6 years of experience working in a similar capacity is required in lieu of a degree. Bilingual - Spanish is highly preferred.
