We are looking for a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join our team at our hospital in Katy, TX. The ideal candidate will have a DVM degree and experience in emergency medicine.
Responsibilities of the Emergency Veterinarian will include:
- Evaluating and treating animals with acute medical and surgical conditions
- Performing emergency surgeries
- Administering medications and fluids
- Monitoring patient vital signs
- Providing emotional support to pet owners
Qualifications for the Emergency Veterinarian position include:
- DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school
- 1-2 years of experience in emergency medicine
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
