MLee Healthcare is looking for a qualified Medical Lab Technologist Supervisor to join an established hospital in Pennsylvania.
Shift Details:
- Day Shift (M-F) / Every other Weekend or Holiday
Job Summary for the Medical Lab Technologist / Technician:
- Perform various laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Analyze and interpret test results, and report findings to healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with quality control and quality assurance procedures.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Must be able to write procedures and assist with quality control.
Minimum Qualifications for the Medical Lab Technologist / Technician:
- Bachelor's degree in required field
- ASCP required
- 3+ years of laboratory experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
