Who They Are
We are working with a $225M, privately-held manufacturer in the commercial building envelope space that is in a very strong growth phase. They have retained us to find them an R&D Chemist to join their team as part of their succession planning for the department. This person will be responsible for formulating complex architectural coatings and adhesives and will quickly be tasked with leadership in the department.

What You'll Do

Develop chemical formulas for new or modified products
Research and investigate new technology or new product opportunities
Maintain complete records of all lab work
Develop detailed test plans

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in product development of latex-based paints and coatings
Able to work independently with little to no supervision
Able to work under tight deadlines
