Full Time Associate Dentist Needed in PA!

Privately owned, generational dental practice for over 40 years! Great community reputation of a high standard of care and exceptional patient experience. Our practice, located in Wyomissing, PA, is currently looking for a full time/long term dentist to join our team! The practice is efficiently run and has been established with a dedicated and loyal team, as well as a consistent patient population for years. Seeking a practitioner proficient in delivering a high standard of care with great patient communication skills, excels in comprehensive treatment planning, fixed and removable prosthodontics, implant restorative work, full arch rehabilitation, clear aligner orthodontic treatment, and endodontics.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice dentistry with the flexibility and autonomy all dentists should have. We are firm believers that it's important to build around someone's clinical strengths, not expect them to perform procedures they aren't comfortable with. We strive for a positive teamwork culture, collaboration amongst our doctors, and willingness for mentorship if and when necessary.

Current hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Currently, no weekend, early morning, or evening hours; however, the schedule could be flexible for the right person. Compensation is extremely competitive, offering a high base salary, a percentage of your production, and bonuses. Other benefits include 401(k) plan, health insurance, and a yearly allowance towards liability insurance, licensure, and continuing education. Vacation time and a significant portion of lab fees paid is also included. Raises in compensation and other benefits negotiable based on a productivity and longevity scale. Base salary per year: $200,000
Additional compensation: Paid a percentage of production and bonuses.
