Our client one of the most successful hospitals in a dynamic urban area of the Mid-Atlantic. It has been ranked one of the top three hospitals in its state by US News and World report.
They have engaged our firm to identify some superstar Labor and Delivery Nurses to help take their 3,000-5,000-delivery award winning unit to new heights of patient care and service excellence.
The Clinical Nurse independently provides patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation from admission through transfer or discharge. The Registered Nurse works with the interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, high quality patient care and safety. A Clinical Nurse provides competent patient care and can be utilized as a resource to other nurses.
Requirements:
- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing school and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam.
- Bachelor Degree preferred.
- Must be licensed (RN) to practice in Maryland or must be able to obtain a Maryland license based on time frame of licensing board.
- Healthcare Provider Level CPR.
- Must obtain 20 CEU's per year.
- Must have critical thinking and prioritization skills.
Licenses Required:
- Active RN license in the State of Maryland DC or VA or eligible.
